I thought the nexus mods won't working for fallout, think they had disable them due to the CC I know the free mods through ingame works but I just seen topics in the forums about nexus not working for some others too.

So my problem at its simplest is the mods that change the hud or the settlement menu in some way don't work. Everything else works fine, but I play for the settlements. If I can't mod them, then suddenly the game looses it's only redeeming characteristic.
